The Bystander Effect

This is an interesting social experiment. Was in the same position on the steps of the police station in Ballarat where the person looked drugged or drunk,after some hesitation when I approached him discovered he was released from hospital. A nurse then took over to help. It just takes one person to not look away when people are in stress for others to join in. However I hope how you look or dress is not that important.
