These sessions are only available online and are not suitable for couples experiencing family violence. Couples face many challenges in their lives and sometimes need a safe space to talk to someone about their problems.
This package focuses on:
  • helping couples build empathy
  • understand each other
  • develop the skills to resolve issues within yourself and your relationship.
The focus is also on helping you as individuals within the relationship to build self-efficacy towards health & wellbeing
