Spirituality is now recognised as an integral part of health & wellbeing by mainstream science.
What does spirituality do?
Spirituality helps us connect to our true selves, often resulting in having a sense of peace and purpose. Often in times of physical, mental, emotional pain and suffering it can bring hope and healing by finding solace in new insights and lessons to help with our spiritual growth as a whole person. Spirituality also helps us journey through our lives learning, developing and evolving into how connected we are to other people and our environment.
