Since studying and practising as a naturopath and nutritionist, slowly over time I have started to substitute healthier options in my baking. I do love baking. The good news is, kids palette adjusts to wholesome foods quickly, especially if you include stuff they like or make it fun.
Lovely waking up to this, now I need to go and do some yoga and exercise. For those of us who are lazy you can just eat these super foods packaged by nature. When I dont want to do much cleaning I just cut up my carrots, cucumber, apple, avocado and eat it directly from my wooden chopping board, relishing the taste! Just add some nuts for protein.
