Lovely waking up to this, now I need to go and do some yoga and exercise. For those of us who are lazy you can just eat these super foods packaged by nature. When I dont want to do much cleaning I just cut up my carrots, cucumber, apple, avocado and eat it directly from my wooden chopping board, relishing the taste! Just add some nuts for protein.
Try and reduce any thing processed, for example substitute avocado and marinated goats cheeses for some recipes. Use seasonal fruit and veggies. Have fun.
Great recipes, especially for fussy kids. The only thing is I would recommend using fresh stuff especially for onion, garlic etc rather than powder. Try and buy organic, if not wash really well and in case of carrots just peal the skin.
This is done so well and easy to follow.
