We are losing our men too often and too young.
Men play a strong, vital role in our families and communities, yet they face higher risks of heart disease, cancer, accidents, and suicide — often dying younger than women. Too many ignore symptoms, avoid simple routine check-ups, and struggle in silence with preventable health issues.
By recognising that health issues rarely fix themselves, and by supporting early detection and breaking the stigma around mental health, we can change these outcomes.
