We can't seem to catch a break with the succession of man-made and natural disasters. I am no artist by any stretch of the imagination but I do love art and the silence of nature.
I am learning (slowly) the value of moments of stillness, dialling down the noise so as not to become overwhelmed. Someone smart said ....
"Stillness is not merely the absence of sound; it is a space of presence, where we allow ourselves to sit with our emotions, thoughts, and sensations without rushing to label or fix them. In these moments, we create the room for our deepest truths to surface."
